Interior and Exterior Painter
• Full-time
• Temporary
• Two openings for this position

SCHEDULE:
• 8 hour shift
• 10 hour shift
• Overtime

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work with the project manager and other field operators in a highly communicative atmosphere to strive towards inter-mutual organizational goals.
Takes pride in their work
Hone collaborative skills and interpersonal skills while working with teammates in the field
Continue to learn about the growing industry of residential painting and interrelating trades and how they affect the economy and the life of the average homeowner
Engage with clients, contributing to the overall excellence of the client experience
Is able to load and unload tools, material, and equipment as necessary (can lift 60 lbs)
Complete final inspections to close out projects while addressing clients’ needs on the spot
Execute painting work orders

TIME & COMPENSATION:
• Full time (40+ hours/week) Summer
• Hourly base wage
• Opportunities to move up in the company

REQUIREMENTS:
• Able to work 40 hours per week
• Uphold company values as you perform in your role
• Have the ability to be detail-minded
• Strong communication skills
• Think critically on your feet and be able to problem solve to a moderate degree
• Able to lift and handle up to 50lbs of weight
• Have some skills in painting (1+ Years)
• Have knowledge of the trades is a PLUS
